Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Q: Will I get tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery status.

Returns & Refunds

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping label?
A: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and providing the return label (unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect).

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 9 business days to the original payment method.
