Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns. Customers will receive a full refund of the product price if eligible.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping label.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 9 business days.
- Please note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 9 business days, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@styvela.store and we will assist you further.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you want a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 9 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Since we offer free shipping on all orders, customers are responsible only for the cost of return shipping and providing the return label (unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect).
