Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days(Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotions, handling times may be slightly longer, but we will notify you if there are any delays.
Transit Time
Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 4–5 business days(Monday–Friday) once the order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, or external conditions such as weather.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
From order placement to delivery, the total estimated window is 5–8 business days
(Handling Time + Transit Time combined).

Wrong Address and Address Verification
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Styvela is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Customers may be contacted to verify shipping details if the system flags an address as incomplete or unusual.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
